★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente loja, mas atendimento medíocre, ninguém quer atender o cliente, o porteiro precisa implorar pra algum vendedor fazer o atendimento e recusam, parece piada mas é real.
Já estive algumas vezes na loja e o problema é recorrente, pude perceber quando o cliente é algum artista ou celebridade carregam até água na peneira. Lamentável.
 Excellent store, but mediocre service, nobody wants to serve the customer, the doorman needs to beg some salesperson to do the service and they refuse, it sounds like a joke but it's real.
I've been to the store a few times and the problem is recurring, I could see when the customer is an artist or celebrity they even carry water in the sieve. Unfortunate.

I believe it is the best showroom for finishes in BH. Wide store, a thousand varieties, differentiated service. Perfect place to take your project and detail with everything that is most modern on the market. Various prices which, defending, the quality and sophistication sought, can fit in your pocket. I always recommend and look for Sonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável e muito bonito. Estacionamento próprio coberto. Vendedores atenciosos. Ao contrário do que se parece (pois o ambiente é muito "chic"), tem preços muito bons. Maior variedade que já vi!

Excellent place to buy floors, coverings, baseboards, vats and faucets. The difference is certainly the service, highlighting Breno and Emerson who served us very well! I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A LOJA NÃO TEM PREÇOS NAs ETIQUETAS DOS PRODUTOS CONFORME FOTOS ANEXAs. Hoje perdi três horas do meu tempo nessa loja. Desloquei-me do Condomínio aconchego da serra por 40 km até essa loja e fui com uma das duas arquitetas responsáveis pela minha reforma. Cheguei às 15:00 e esperei mais de vinte minutos até ser atendido por uma funcionária totalmente inexperiente que não sabia dar os preços e não sabia onde as coisas estavam. Passaram-se mais de duas horas e eu não tinha o preço das coisas. Então comecei a pedir várias vezes para falar com o gerente e só da quinta vez que pedi e eu já estava irritado que consegui falar com ele e implorei para que o atendimento prosseguisse com algum vendedor mais experiente. Recebi então o orçamento em que os preços estavam aproximadamente quase por cento superiores ao da Leroy Merlin pelo menos para um dos revestimentos que escolhi, o metro Black que lá eles chamam de Beatles Black (na Bel lar 122,14 e na Leroy 88,90) e vários produtos não estavam com pronta entrega e eles pedindo prazo longo para espera. Enfim acho que foram mais de três horas de tempo desperdiçado da minha vida e da arquiteta que estava comigo e muita irritação mesmo. Lendo os demais comentários dessa loja aqui no Google e como o atendimento telefônico foi tão ruim quanto o presencial, eu não posso recomendar a loja! Experiência horrível! E eu não sou pobre nem estava mal vestido, nada que justifique um atendimento de terceira categoria. Anexei as fotos que mostram que os produtos não têm preço.
THE STORE DOES NOT HAVE PRICES ON THE PRODUCT LABELS ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED PHOTOS. Today I wasted three hours of my time in this store. I moved from the Condominium Condominio da Serra for 40 km to this store and went with one of the two architects responsible for my renovation. I arrived at 3:00 pm and waited over twenty minutes to be seen by a totally inexperienced employee who didn't know how to give prices and didn't know where things were. More than two hours passed and I didn't have the price of things. So I started asking several times to speak to the manager and only the fifth time I asked and I was already annoyed that I managed to speak to him and begged him to continue with a more experienced salesperson. I then received the quote in which the prices were approximately nearly percent higher than Leroy Merlin for at least one of the linings I chose, the meter Black they call the Beatles Black there (at Bel lar 122.14 and at Leroy 88.90 ) and several products were not ready for delivery and they were asking for long-term waiting. Anyway, I think it was more than three hours of wasted time from my life and the architect who was with me and a lot of irritation. Reading the other reviews of this store here on Google and as the phone service was as bad as the face-to-face service, I can't recommend the store! Horrible experience! And I'm not poor or poorly dressed, nothing to justify third-rate care. I have attached photos that show that the products are priceless.
