★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de dois pasteis as 18:30, liguei para consultar o tempo de demora as 19h e fui informada que demoraria mais 15 minutos. Quando deu 20:05 horas liguei novamente para perguntar sobre a entrega e fui informada que o rapaz que faz o pastel não tinha ido trabalhar. E me foi sugerido trocar o pedido. Não teria sido mais fácil ter me avisado antes???
I placed an order for two pastries at 18:30, called to check the delay time at 19h and was informed that it would take another 15 minutes. When it was 8:05 pm I called again to ask about the delivery and I was informed that the boy who makes the pastry had not gone to work. And I was suggested to change the order. Wouldn't it have been easier to have warned me earlier ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pra comer um sanduíche num domingo. O estabelecimento abria as 18:30, cheguei uns 15 minutos antes. Esperei até as 19 horas e o chapeiro não tinha chegado e não saía nada com carne de sol por que não tinha. Fiquei frustrado porque saí de casa pra conhecer o local e acabei tendo que procurar outro local pra comer.
I went for a sandwich on a Sunday. The establishment opened at 18:30, I arrived about 15 minutes before. I waited until 7 pm and the chapeiro hadn't arrived and nothing came out with sun-dried meat because there wasn't any. I was frustrated because I left home to see the place and ended up having to look for another place to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante tem comidas excelentes, porém demora muito a entrega!! Hoje já fazem duas horas que fiz o pedido e ainda não recebi, sugiro que aumentem o número de entregadores ou que se agreguem ao ifood já que o cliente acompanha o pedido em tempo real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rei da demora era pra ser o nome. O sanduíche e pastel é até bom mas o delivery é sempre com atraso...e é atraso de mais de uma hora, e não é só uma vez é SEMPRE! Vocês não eram pra trabalhar com serviço de entregas...e esse mal serviço prestado já dura anos! E sempre é isso... atraso!
The king of delay was supposed to be the name. The sandwich and pastry is even good, but delivery is always late... and it's more than an hour late, and it's not just once, it's ALWAYS! You weren't supposed to work with delivery services... and this poor service has lasted for years! And that's always it... delay!
