★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito insatisfeita hoje na Bela Ferraz de Ipanema,Pois des da inauguração compro sempre la,sendo que vou mais na parte da tarde para noite e sempre fui muito bem atendida ,sendo que hoje fui mas cedo e me afis algumas compras e me abaixei para cheirar os difusores notei que a menina que estava no caixa ficou me olhando estranho e fazendo sinal para outro rapaz .ai quando eu estava saindo rapaz disse ela nao pegou nada nao!realmente fiquei muito chateada!

O único ponto que eu acho um pouco ruim são as ajudantes que não costumam ser muito simpáticas e ainda ficam tentando empurrar produtos das marcas que representam e quando você recusa o produto delas, o atendimento passa a ser diferente e ainda pior.
I really like the products and the variety of product options in this perfumery.
The only point I think is a little bad is the helpers who are not usually very friendly and are still trying to push products from the brands they represent and when you refuse their product, the service becomes different and even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuo achando a loja péssima com relação ao atendimento. Ninguém te aborda. Ninguém fala boa tarde. Ninguém te ajuda. As vendedoras te olham de nariz em pé. E quando te ajudam é promotor de uma marca específica, o que restringi seu campo de escolha, pois o promotor da marca só te oferece coisas da marca.
Mas maquiagens falta produtos testadores, o que também dificulta a escolha sem ajuda.
A variedade de produtos é a única coisa boa
I still think the store is terrible in terms of customer service. Nobody approaches you. Nobody says good afternoon. Nobody helps you. Salespeople look at you with their noses up. And when they help you, you are a promoter of a specific brand, which restricts your field of choice, as the brand promoter only offers you branded things.
