It couldn't be worse! I ordered the personalized cups for my son's birthday! They came completely different from what I ordered! I sent the model, they said I did it when I placed the order, the customization couldn't have been worse! You send a message, they don't even bother to respond! I just hated it I will never order again! Very disrespectful to the customer! ! I do not recommend !
