Comprei 2 latas de tintas e na 3° que faltou veio na cor errada, tive o maior prejuízo, tinta deram outra mas em questão de mao de obra e material o gerente que informou que conversou com a superior e não podem fazer nada. Estou aqui agora tendo que arcar com ua mão de obra ,material e todo transtorno...isso que estou pertinho de ganhar bebê, não tiveram compreensão e boa vontade nenhuma de resolver o problema.
PÉSSIMO não recomendo.

No dia 03/06 ele comprou duas latas de tinhas preparadas, respectivamente: C11 ACR SEMI BRILJO BASE C 3,2L- PREMIUM BELLACOR e PALHA ACR DEMI BRILHO BASE A 3,2L- PREMIUM BELLACOR.
A primeira mencionada não tivemos problemas, mostrando excelente qualidade.
Entretanto ao utilizar a tinha da cor palha a parede ficou totalmente manchada, ressalto que foi utilizada conforme orientação, portanto ficou irreparável a estética do local, mesmo passando três demãos.
Ele até a loja localizada na Dom Pedro I (LJ 50) para buscar o devido suporte e informaram que seria necessário contatar a empresa fornecedora Bela Cor.
Aguardou semanas, mas foi necessário cobrir com outra tinta, já que precisava com urgência de resultados, o técnico da empresa finalmente foi até a minha residência, analisou o ocorrido e garantiu um breve retorno, entretanto até o momento não fui procurado, não tive satisfações do ocorrido, estou me sentindo extremamente prejudicado.
Confiamos na qualidade e seriedade da empresa e minimamente no suporte para demanda, mas não obtivemos. Espero soluções seja para um novo produto ou ressarcimento dos danos causados.
Como consumidores exigimos uma posição e a depender das minhas indicações, não terão nenhuma.
