★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota ao atendimento, estou pela quarta ligação consecutiva no tel 45538143 onde a secretaria já atende pedindo um momento e me deixa 05 minutos na espera sem retornar na linha, desliguei e repeti o processo por 04 vezes e estou na quinta ligação aguardando por 3 minutos. Uma enorme falta de respeito com o paciente.
Note to customer service, I'm for the fourth consecutive call on tel 45538143 where the secretary already answers asking for a moment and leaves me 05 minutes in waiting without returning on the line, I hung up and repeated the process for 04 times and I'm on the fifth call waiting for 3 minutes. A huge lack of respect for the patient.

No telefone fixo não atendem, quando atendem desligam ou toca e ninguém atende. Via wattsap a resposta ocorre após muitas horas e sempre com negativa de encaixe e nunca tem agenda aberta para marcação. Fora a falta de gentileza das recepcionistas no atendimento.
