★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um estrutura razoável, um veterinário que realmente entende muito de animais, mas o atendimento e o trato interpessoal achei sofríveis. Faltou empatia. A pessoa mal presta atenção ao que a gente diz. Na consulta de revisão fui tratado como um poste e o profissional nem sequer perguntou se houve evolução no estado de saúde do animal nesse período em que a medicação receitada foi administrada. Na saída, nem um boa tarde nem um muito obrigado. Genialidade sem educação, sem um tratamento digno não cativa clientes nem contribui para a melhora do animal. Não sei se me acharam com cara de "pobre" e por isso fui tão desconsiderado ou se a turma escolhe aleatoriamente quem atende bem. Apenas uma moça me atendeu bem, me ofereceu água, foi educada tanto na chegada quanto na saída da última consulta. É uma pena eu não me lembrar do nome dela agora. De resto, não recomendo. Empresa que avalia pela aparência, que não trata com empatia e dignidade seus clientes não merece a minha credibilidade. E se o padrão de tratamento for rude, grosseiro ou indiferente, merece menos credibilidade ainda. Se você quer um bom profissional mas não se importa em ser maltratado ou tratado com indiferença, vai lá. Caso contrário, faça como vou fazer da próxima vez, procurar outra empresa. Sinto muito, mas como cliente eu preciso ser sincero.

The person barely pays attention to what we say. In the review consultation, I was treated like a post and the professional did not even ask if there was an evolution in the animal's health status during this period when the prescribed medication was administered. On leaving, neither a good afternoon nor a thank you. Genius without education, without dignified treatment does not captivate customers or contribute to the improvement of the animal. I don't know if they thought I looked "poor" and that's why I was so disregarded or if the class randomly chooses who serves well. Only one girl attended me well, offered me water, was polite both on arrival and on leaving the last appointment. It's a shame I don't remember her name now. Besides, I don't recommend it. A company that evaluates by appearance, that does not treat its customers with empathy and dignity does not deserve my credibility. And if the standard of treatment is rude, rude or indifferent, it deserves even less credibility. If you want a good professional but don't mind being mistreated or treated with indifference, go there. Otherwise, do as I will do next time, look for another company. I'm sorry, but as a customer I need to be sincere.
