★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento,chegamos 09 horas e as 12:45 só tinha feito o pagamento,pois o atendimento estava muito devagar ,falta de comprometimento com o cliente e poucos funcionários atendendo.
Isso é uma falta de respeito com clientes ,tinha clientes de outros municípios e crianças todas com semblantes abatidos devido a espera.
I didn't like the service, we arrived at 9 am and at 12:45 pm I had only made the payment, as the service was very slow, lack of commitment to the customer and few employees attending.
This is a lack of respect for customers, there were customers from other municipalities and children all with haggard faces due to waiting.

Algumas atende a gente com mal humor, vocês fazem combo e não reforçam a equipe, a gente consegue ver nitidamente a insatisfação de algumas meninas de alguns setores.
Melhorem isso para as profissionais que consequentemente melhorará para seus clientes.
The service is leaving a lot to be desired, staff reduced to employees with overload.
Some attend us in a bad mood, you combo and don't reinforce the team, we can clearly see the dissatisfaction of some girls in some sectors.
Improve this for the professionals, which will consequently improve for your clients.

Minhas filhas foram atendidas por ela.a zica pessoa humilde e muito simpática.
Hj não tenho necessidade de fazer o super relaxante mas gosto muito dos produtos.

Wonderful I participated since the opening I met zica in person where we talked and I had the pleasure of getting to know her work.
My daughters were taken care of by her. She is a humble and very friendly person.
Today I don't need to do the super relaxing but I really like the products.

It was horrible already am. waiting for 3 hours, not even my hair was split, I was poorly attended to by the manager qnd I went to question said I had to wait. the staff is not enough with the many customers.. Very poor service

Acredito que em serviços de salão ( minha experiência)eu nunca vi tanto descaso para com o cliente.
You pay for VIP service, but this service does not exist.
