★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! Pedi para cortar meu cabelo na altura do sutiã, pois meu cabelo estava enorme. Sai com ele batendo no ombro! Me tiraram tantos “bifes”’de cuticula que a manicure teve que limpar o sangue depois de emaltar!
Disappointing! I asked to cut my hair to bra length, because my hair was huge. Leave with him tapping on the shoulder! They took away so many cuticle “steaks” that the manicurist had to wipe the blood off after glazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do local e das moças que me atenderam. Como era a primeira vez que estava indo lá, senti falta de mais explicação sobre como funciona. É um local de atendimento rápido, então fazer as unhas significa que vão literalmente limpar e pintar as unhas, nada mais. Fiz também uma nutrição no cabelo e escova. A escova ficou ótima. A nutrição que eu esperava um pouco mais. Daí a importância de explicar ao cliente que está indo pela 1a vez como funciona. O local é bom, mas a minha expectativa e a realidade ficaram em lados opostos.
I liked the place and the girls who served me. As it was the first time I was going there, I missed more explanation on how it works. It's a quick service place, so getting your nails done means they'll literally clean and paint their nails, nothing more. I also did a hair nutrition and brush. The brush turned out great. The nutrition I expected a little more. Hence the importance of explaining to the customer who is going for the 1st time how it works. The location is good, but my expectations and reality were on opposite sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my nails done I was very disappointed not only was it poor quality. The nail technician pulled on my skin so much that it started bleeding!! Im not going back to this salon. Polish didn’t last 1 day it already came off the next day! I had to redo my nails at home.
