★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um hidratante facial, aparentemente vencido ou estragado ( tinha cheiro de óleo) voltei na perfumaria para trocar a Proprietária disse que eu tinha apagado a validade ( com qual necessidade iria apagar? )e disse para eu procurar o fabricante, uma pessoa totalmente despreparada e arrogante não sabe tratar os clientes muito menos resolver um problema simples de troca de mercadoria.
I bought a facial moisturizer, apparently expired or spoiled (it smelled of oil) I went back to the perfumery to change the owner said that I had erased the expiration date (with what need would I erase it?) and told me to look for the manufacturer, a person totally unprepared and arrogant doesn't know how to treat customers much less solve a simple merchandise exchange problem.
