★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, loja não preza pelo bem estar do cliente! Compramos uma peça via online nesse momento de pandemia. Infelizmente a peça era grande, ligamos e solicitamos a troca por uma menor, e foi feita a troca. Infelizmente essa ficou muito pequena. Não deu para provar antes, pois minha esposa ta amamentando minha filha de 4 meses, por esse motivo solicitei novamente a troca. Mas eles negaram dizendo ser política da empresa, sendo que em nenhum momento fui avisado disso. Expliquei minha situação, e mesmo assim eles não mudaram de ideia. Assim ficamos com uma peça q não será utilizada, sei que não existe obrigatoriedade, mas esperava apenas o bom senso deles nesse momento.
I don't recommend it, the store doesn't care about the customer's well-being! We bought a piece online via this pandemic moment. Unfortunately the piece was large, we called and requested the exchange for a smaller one, and the exchange was made. Unfortunately this one got too small. I couldn't prove it before, because my wife is breastfeeding my 4-month-old daughter, so I requested the exchange again. But they denied saying it was company policy, and at no time was I warned about it. I explained my situation, and even then they didn't change their minds. So we are left with a piece that will not be used, I know that there is no obligation, but I only expected their common sense at that moment.
