★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero em atendimento e profissionalismo! Comprei um mega natural de poucos centímetros por 550,00, na terça feira, a atendente me sugeriu deixa-lo na loja para que eles fizessem algumas luzes para se aproximar o Tom do meu cabelo, pegaram até uma amostra do meu cabelo.
Informei que precisava do mesmo para o próximo sábado, e que seria usado para um evento muito importante para mim.
Me devolveram o cabelo na sexta à tarde todo destruído, manchado, desbotado e arrebentado.
Não fizeram as luzes e sim descoloririam todo o cabelo e o deixaram laranjado.
Fiquei desesperada, não dava mais tempo de corrigir o erro e eu já tinha pagado por aquilo.
Fica aqui minha indignação do que são capazes de fazer com os clientes.
Se forem comprar nessa loja tenham muito cuidado! Fica a dica

Zero score in service and professionalism! I bought a mega natural of a few centimeters for 550.00, on Tuesday, the attendant suggested that I leave it at the store so they could do some lights to get Tom close to my hair, they even took a sample of my hair.
I said that I needed it for next Saturday, and that it would be used for a very important event for me.
My hair was returned to me on Friday afternoon, all destroyed, stained, faded and broken.
They did not make the lights, but they would discolour all the hair and make it orange.
I was desperate, there was no time to correct the mistake and I had already paid for it.
Here is my indignation of what they are able to do with customers.
