★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trato com os alunos que estão pagando um curso, e diga-se de passagem, não estão pagando barato. Regras inflexíveis servem a que propósito? Ainda mais quando se trata do uso de uma camisa, que não serve diretamente ao aproveitamento e aprendizado do curso. Gestores inflexíveis tendem a deixar clientes insatisfeitos. Como aluna, pagante, sou, antes de tudo, cliente. Jamais me recusei a usar a camisa do curso, mas tornar isto uma regra rigida, sem qualquer exceção, é despropositado, ainda mais quando a aluna é pagante fiel, e pode provar a veracidade de sua identidade. Deixo registrada minha insatisfação com a GESTÃO do curso e sua CONDUTA NÃO RAZOÁVEL.
Terrible deal with students who are paying a course, and by the way, are not paying cheap. Inflexible rules serve what purpose? Even more so when it comes to the use of a shirt, which does not directly serve the use and learning of the course. Inflexible managers tend to leave clients dissatisfied. As a student, paying, I am, first and foremost, a client. I have never refused to wear the course shirt, but to make it a rigid rule, without exception, is unreasonable, especially when the student is a faithful payer, and can prove the veracity of her identity. I leave registered my dissatisfaction with the MANAGEMENT of the course and its CONDUCT NOT REASONABLE.
