★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja fecha 17h cheguei as 16:45 e a loja estava com as portas fechadas e as funcionárias me dispensaram dizendo q já havia fechado com gestos de dentro da loja.
The store closes at 5 pm I arrived at 4:45 pm and the store had its doors closed and the employees dismissed me saying that it had already closed with gestures from inside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. No último sábado dia 19/06/2021 resolvi comprar uma calça que gostei na loja Belíssima na rua Campo Grande em frente à estação de Campo Grande RJ. Com a calça na mão perguntei a um funcionário que estava no salão da loja onde se encontrava o provador, um Sr alto magro de cabelos grisalhos, após ele indicar o provador fez a infeliz observação que A CALÇA NÃO IA DAR NO MEU CORPO E QUE IA RASGAR AO EXPERIMENTAR. Atônita só respondi que não ia RASGAR. Fui para o provador e perguntei a uma funcionária que lá estava quem era o Sr e pra minha surpresa o Sr é o GERENTE da loja. Sai da loja tão constrangida que ao chegar em casa passei muito mal de nervoso. Então na segunda feira fui falar com ele que me tratou como se eu não estivesse falando com ele nem sequer tentou se desculpar que era o mínimo esperado. Estou pensando seriamente em abrir um processo por danos moraes e contrangimento contra ele e a loja.
BADLY. Last Saturday, 06/19/2021 I decided to buy a pair of pants that I liked at the Belíssima store on Campo Grande street in front of the Campo Grande RJ station. With pants in hand I asked an employee who was in the salon of the store where the dressing room was located, a tall thin Mr. with gray hair, after he indicated the dressing room he made the unfortunate observation that THE PANTS WOULD NOT GIVE INTO MY BODY AND THAT IT WILL TEAR WHEN TRYING. Stunned, I just replied that I wasn't going to RIP. I went to the dressing room and asked an employee who was there who you were and to my surprise you are the MANAGER of the store. I left the store so embarrassed that when I got home I was very nervous. So on Monday I went to talk to him who treated me like I wasn't talking to him or even tried to apologize which was the least expected. I'm seriously considering filing a lawsuit for pecuniary damages and misdemeanor against him and the store.
