★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito das roupas de lá,mais hoje fui trocar uma blusa que veio com defeito e falaram que não iam trocar porque não tinha mais a peça na loja,o certo é trocar por algo do mesmo valor ou então se caso fosse eu pagaria a diferença,mais simplesmente não trocaram e eu estou com a peça defeituosa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Um rapaz impediu a minha esposa de entrar na loja falando que a loja já estava fechada (eram 18:45) . Disse que às 18:45 o portão descia e o fechamento era automático. Minha esposa disse que estava vendo a loja aberta e que ainda não estava no horário de fechar! Depois esse funcionário disse que iria ter uma reunião. KO
Se eu fosse o patrão mandava embora!

Terrible attendance! A guy stopped my wife from entering the store saying that the store was already closed (it was 18:45). He said that at 6:45 pm the gate went down and the closing was automatic. My wife said she was seeing the store open and that it wasn't closing time yet! Then that employee said he was going to have a meeting. KO
If I were the boss I would send you away!
