I PURCHASED A WRONG BOOK, I CALLED THE STATIONERY ASKING TO EXCHANGE THE RIGHT BOOK AND BY DISAPPOINTMENT I SIMPLY HEAR THAT THEY CAN'T MAKE THE EXCHANGE. WE ASK THE EMPLOYEE TO TALK TO THE RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE A COMPANY COMMITTED TO THE CUSTOMER NEVER TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH THIS LACK OF RESPECT. I DID NOT REQUEST A RETURN I ONLY ASKED FOR THE EXCHANGE THE BOOK IS PACKED IN PLASTIC. I AM LEAVING HERE MY DISSATISFACTION AS A CUSTOMER WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, AND ALSO LEAVING THE TYPE OF RETURN FROM THE EMPLOYEES SEVERAL TIMES THE OWNER DOESN'T EVEN KNOW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um excelente estabelecimento mas faço uma ressalva poderia ser mais flexível e cuidar melhor de seus clientes, comprei por um erro um livro duplicado e não consegui efetuar a troca, livro está no plástico da mesma forma que comprei a uma semana porém a loja não troca, uma pena, um gesto tão simples que visa atendimento excelência para com cliente e não onera em nada a loja.
It's an excellent establishment but I have a reservation, it could be more flexible and take better care of its customers, I bought a duplicate book by mistake and I couldn't make the exchange, the book is in the plastic the same way I bought it a week ago but the store doesn't exchange it , a pity, such a simple gesture that aims at excellent customer service and does not burden the store at all.
