★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre peço nessa pizzaria, porque é a mais próxima aqui de casa. Infelizmente nas últimas vezes que tenho pedido eles têm demorado mais do que o combinado. A gente liga para reclamar e as atendentes acham ruim, como se estivessem fazendo um favor. O atendimento tem que melhorar muito, pois é péssimo. A única parte do atendimento que é boa é quando o motoboy vem aqui em casa, normalmente é sempre muito bom educado. Deveriam trocar as meninas da recepção.

We call to complain and the attendants think it's bad, as if they were doing a favor. The service has to improve a lot, because it is terrible. The only part of the service that is good is when the courier comes here at home, he is usually always very polite. The girls at the reception should be changed.

Porém, te passam um prazo de 1 hora para esperar e a pizza chega com 3h, e ainda se insistir muito..
Já recomendei muito, mas infelizmente não recomendo mais, desorganizados e não são conta dos pedidos e o consumidor final quem sai no prejuízo, deixando de pedir em outras pizzarias, contando com a refeição, e é só aborrecimento.

I've already recommended it a lot, but unfortunately I don't recommend it anymore, disorganized and the orders are not accounted for, and the end consumer is at a loss, not ordering in other pizzerias, counting on the meal, and it's just an annoyance.

Pedi uma pizza de carne seca que veio com catupiry por baixo de um pouco de mussarela e a carne seca foi somente salpicada como se fosse orégano fiz uma reclamação e nem uma retratação recebi ,creio que ouve uma mudança de donos pq nunca foi assim
I always bought but my last order came a pity. I ordered a jerky pizza that came with catupiry under a little mozzarella and the jerky was just sprinkled like it was oregano I made a complaint and I didn't receive a retraction, I believe there was a change of owners because it was never like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito ruim, hoje fiz um pedido as 20:30, liguei após uma a hora e falaram que estava saindo, detalhe moro 5 minutos da pizzaria.
As 22:20 a pizza não chegou.
Fora o telefone deles que está péssimo, ligação baixa.
