★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excepcional, profissionais educados e bem capacitados. Ambiente aconchegante, bem agradável. Dispõe de algumas vagas em frente ao próprio estabelecimento. Ofurô com cromoterapia e massagem muito relaxante. Excelente para renovar após aquela semana tensa (ou no meio dela).
Exceptional service, educated and well trained professionals. Cozy atmosphere, very nice. There are a few places in front of the property. Hot tub with chromotherapy and very relaxing massage. Great for renewing after that tense week (or in the middle of it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, nada profissionais, comprei o day spa para presentear minha mãe, ficaram conversando durante o procedimento, a massagista chegou atrasada, deixou minha minha mãe no ofurô e veio tentar me vender pacotes, fez minha mãe de cobaia, colocando outra menina pra fazer o procedimento e ia explicando, a recepção as gargalhadas, tive que ir lá pedir silêncio. Decepcionada
Terrible, unprofessional, I bought the day spa to give my mother a gift, they talked during the procedure, the masseuse arrived late, left my mother in the hot tub and came to try to sell me packages, made my mother a guinea pig, putting another girl to do the I was explaining, the reception was laughing, I had to go there and ask for silence. Disappointed

My mother was extremely well treated from beginning to end, the zeal and what they had for her I have no way to thank. It was the best spa she ever made and made her day a princess's day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descobri o Bella alice ano passado no meio da pandemia. O lugar é aconchegante, espaçoso, não é lotado, eles cumprem todas as regras de distanciamento e o serviço é muito bom! Por isso só vou lá agora. O atendimento é ótimo! Super recomendo.
I discovered Bella alice last year in the middle of the pandemic. The place is cozy, spacious, it is not crowded, they comply with all the distance rules and the service is very good! So I'm just going there now. The service is great! I highly recommend it.

Recebi os e-mails de agendamento e confirmação do agendamento, mas, para minha surpresa, no dia e horário marcado, comparecemos ao local, que estava fechado, sem nenhum tipo de comunicado.
Frustrado com a surpresa que fiz à minha esposa, na véspera de Natal!
I made reservations online, through the electronic booking offered by the company, for 12/24/2021, to present my wife with Day Spa Beauty. I received the scheduling and confirmation emails, but to my surprise, on the scheduled day and time, we went to the place, which was closed, without any kind of communication.
Frustrated by the surprise I gave my wife on Christmas Eve!
