★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é repleto de variedades com produtos importados. Porém peca no quesito atendimento, uma Senhora de idade entre 50 a 60 anos me atendeu quase dizendo ''Vá embora''. O fato de ter solicitado para ver miniaturas de perfumes percebi a insatisfação dela, hoje em dia as empresas falham bastante no atendimento ao Cliente pois não capacitam/treinam seus Funcionários.
 The environment is full of varieties with imported products. However, I ask for assistance, a lady aged between 50 and 60 years old answered me almost saying "Go away". The fact that I asked to see miniatures of perfumes I realized her dissatisfaction, nowadays companies fail a lot in customer service because they do not train their employees.

Terrible service, I went to the store to see some fragrances, I came across unfriendly people who are not dedicated to serving the customer well, They think we don't have money to buy it, SUPERB!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella França is the best perfume store in the area by far. They have a very wide selection of perfumes and colognes from the most popular brands. Perfumes generally cost more in Brazil than in the USA, but the prices here are very competitive for the market. The salespeople are very helpful & patient (if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, like me).
Located inside Manaira Shopping Mall on the ground floor, this makes it also a convenient place for shopping.
