★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento NÃO EXISTE. Quando atendem o telefone, dizem que o setor de vendas só faz orçamento por e-mail, mas enviamos e-mail há vários dias e não respondem. Informaram que existe um vendedor externo, mas o mesmo não atende telefone, visualiza, mas não responde as mensagens no Whatsapp. Pedi que um colaborador nosso procurasse o local (endereço) onde eles dizem ter a empresa e o local simplesmente não existe. Nenhum comerciante vizinho ao endereço sequer ouviu falar. Se essa empresa realmente existe, como conseguem trabalhar dessa forma? Surreal!
 The service DOES NOT EXIST. When they answer the phone, they say that the sales department only makes a budget by email, but we've sent them e-mail for several days and they do not respond. Reported that there is an external seller, but the same does not answer the phone, view, but does not respond to messages in Whatsapp. I asked a collaborator of ours to look for the place (address) where they say to have the company and the place simply does not exist. No merchant near the address even heard of it. If this company really exists, how do they manage to work that way? Surreal!
