 My wife has been there and found the manicure service very slow compared to other salons, need improvement. I've never seen a basic hand takes longer than 1h

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agendei aula experimental de Pilates a noite e acabei sendo assaltada subindo a rua do salão, o dono deste lugar precisa melhorar a iluminação e oferecer segurança no local para os clientes , acabei saindo no prejuízo. Não ligaram na minha casa perguntando porque não fui. Não recomendo
I scheduled an experimental Pilates class at night and ended up being assaulted going up the street from the salon, the owner of this place needs to improve the lighting and offer security on site for the clients, I ended up leaving at a loss. They didn't call my house asking why I didn't go. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fácil acesso, tem ótimos serviços, faço pilates e manicure nesta clinica e estou gostando. Uma sugestão para o salão é colocar um filtro de água disponivel na recepção para o cliente se servir ficou faltando isso.
Easy access, has great services, do pilates and manicure in this clinic and I'm enjoying. One suggestion for the salon is to put a water filter available at the front desk for the customer if serving was left missing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não gostei do serviço feito no meu cabelo no dia seguinte ficou muito ressecado e não foi erro do profissional pois foi feito o mesmo procedimento, utilizo produtos Joico já tem bastante tempo e em outros salões sempre deram certo, fiquei desconfiada deste produto se é original porque em outros salões tem adesivo na porta informando da originalidade do produto.
I did not like the service done on my hair the next day was very dry and was not a mistake of the professional because it was done the same procedure, I use Joico products for a long time and in other salons always worked, I was suspicious of this product if it is original because In other rooms there is a sticker on the door informing the originality of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o ambiente é legal, mas fiquei decepcionada porque fui informada na aula experimental de Pilates que são até 2 alunos por horário mas já aconteceu de ter 3 pessoas contando comigo e a sala é pequena, não achei isso correto, deveriam deixar discriminado no contrato a quantidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atendem no horário marcado. Tinha horário marcado com o cabeleireiro William às 15:00, cheguei às 14:40 no salão. O cabeleireiro nem estava no salão, quem iria me atender seria outro cabeleireiro, só q este cabeleireiro estava fazendo o cabelo de outra cliente, depois começou a fazer o cabelo de uma outra cliente e quando era 15:50 o cabeleireiro sequer tinha relado no meu cabelo. Como eu tinha compromisso às 16:00 tive q ir embora sem fazer a escova e era hj véspera de Natal, sai com o cabelo molhado sem escovar e a recepcionista sequer pediu desculpa. Enfim, nunca mais volto neste salão e não recomendo para ninguém!!! Não sabem fazer agenda, não respeitam os clientes!!
Poor service, do not answer on time. I had an appointment with hairdresser William at 3:00 pm, I arrived at 2:40 pm in the salon. The hairdresser was not even in the salon, who would attend me would be another hairdresser, only that this hairdresser was doing the hair of another client, then began to do the hair of another client and when it was 15:50 the hairdresser had not even reported on my hair. As I had an appointment at 4:00 pm I had to leave without a brush and it was Christmas Eve, so I left with wet hair without brushing and the receptionist didn't even apologize. Anyway, I'll never be back in this salon and recommend to anyone !!! They don't know how to make a schedule, they don't respect customers !!
