★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou enfrentando diversos problemas com a minha unidade nesse empreendimento, desde falta guarnições nas portas que estão prometendo entrega a mais de 3 meses a pressão de agua no apartamento quase zero, entre outros diversos problemas estruturais. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
I'm facing several problems with my unit in this development, from lack of gaskets on the doors that are promising delivery for more than 3 months to almost zero water pressure in the apartment, among other various structural problems. I don't recommend it at all.

Corretores ótimos (nos dizem tudo o que queremos ouvir) pós venda, PÉSSIMOS (não nos dão nenhuma informação concreta)
Builder does not comply with deadlines described in the contract. Keys delivered and condominium institution with no date to happen. Unfinished works and disconnected information.
Great brokers (they tell us everything we want to hear) after sales, TERRIBLE (they don't give us any concrete information)

Evitem negócios com a Mint, pois ela não é profissional, não oferece suporte para os compradores, trabalha com materiais de segunda linha. Mais de 2 anos de atraso para entrega das chaves e para liberação do AVCB.
A Mint não é confiável nem profissional!
Unfinished condominium with no support from the builder to meet the basic needs of the residents. Avoid doing business with Mint as it is unprofessional, does not support buyers, works with second-rate materials. More than 2 years delay in handing over the keys and releasing the AVCB.
Mint is neither reliable nor professional!

Pra ajudar, a obra está inacaba e cheia de problemas.
Bad company in customer service. Delivery of the work Bella Milan with more than 1 year of delay, they take months to release documentation for financing, they do not provide honest and accurate information and they still trick customers.
