Tive que ir em outro salão refazer, pois segundo ela, estava bom daquele jeito. Descaso total com o cliente, nunca vi tanta falta de empatia e profissionalismo.
Worst hairdressing experience of my life! He touched up all the uneven strands, left my root all marked, stained and yellowed. I had to go to another salon to redo it, because according to her, it was good that way. Total neglect with the client, I have never seen such lack of empathy and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o salão sabado (31-07) e foi uma das piores experiencias da minha vida, fui descolorir a minha raiz e pintar o cabelo todo de azul (já pinto a alguns anos, estava com a raiz grande e a parte colorida desbotada) e saí com o meu cabelo como está nas fotos. A principio não iria expor a situação por achar que se tratava de uma tinta ruim que não pigmentou, mas observando no outro dia eu vi que teve erro de descoloração, tem varias manchas da cor original do meu cabelo, alguns lugares foi descolorido de fato desde a raiz e em outros não. Por curiosidade fui olhar o modo de uso da tinta utilizada (keraton hard colors) e o fabricante indica passar no cabelo seco, a profissional do salão passou no meu cabelo umido, foi uma sequencia de erros que me deixou com o cabelo dessa forma em um sabado a noite me causando um dano muito maior que o tempo e dinheiro gasto. A profissional se ofereceu para eu voltar la e ela arrumar o meu cabelo, mas depois de ver a situação na luz diurna eu mesma comprei os produtos e arrumei em casa porque eu não consigo mais confiar nesse salão.
I went to the salon on Saturday (31-07) and it was one of the worst experiences of my life, I went to bleach my roots and dye my hair all blue (I have dyed for a few years, I had a big root and the colored part faded) and I left with my hair as it is in the photos. At first I would not expose the situation because I thought it was a bad ink that did not pigment, but looking at the other day I saw that there was a discoloration error, there are several spots of the original color of my hair, some places were actually discolored since the root and in others not. Out of curiosity, I went to look at the way of using the paint used (keraton hard colors) and the manufacturer indicates to use it on dry hair, the salon professional used it on my damp hair, it was a sequence of errors that left me with the hair that way in a Saturday night causing me far greater harm than the time and money spent. The professional offered to go back there and have her fix my hair, but after seeing the situation in daylight I bought the products myself and fixed them at home because I can't trust this salon anymore.
