 A place where the professional didn't even introduce herself, a place where I don't even know the name of the person who will attend to me. The manicurist also showed lost and did not know some procedures. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo lugar!! ficam fazendo propaganda enganosa na hora de fazer o pagamento diz que a promoção não é valida para tal profissional! não volto e jamais indico, fora que propaganda enganosa é crime. me cobraram 180.00 o alongamento hiper realista que no caso era pra ser 129.99 como diz na promoção!!
bad place!! are making false advertising when making the payment says that the promotion is not valid for such a professional! I don't go back and I never point out, except that false advertising is a crime. Wonderful place, first class service, very pleasant and punctual professionals. Not to mention the quality of the stretch, it's the best I've seen and experienced, no one says and realizes that nails are acrylic. I will always come back and recommend it to my friends for sure!!!! Congratulations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei mão, pé e spa dos pés via WhatsApp. Perguntei antes de realizar o agendamento se seria possível finalizar todo o atendimento até horário x pois precisaria voltar para o trabalho e me informaram que sim. Chegando no local a profissional começou a fazer minha mão e percebi que a que deveria fazer meu pé junto não apareceu. Ao perguntar para a recepção me informaram que o pé estava agendado para mais tarde, após a mão. Expliquei a situação, a recepcionista pareceu bastante irritada, me tratou como se eu tivesse feito algo errado e respondeu que “ia ver se conseguia agendar algum pé mais cedo para mim”. Não recebi nenhuma resposta ou tratativa. Terminei a mão e fui embora com uma péssima experiência de atendimento.
Scheduled hand, foot and foot spa via WhatsApp. I asked before making the appointment if it would be possible to complete the entire service by time x because I would need to go back to work and they informed me that it would. Arriving at the place, the professional started to do my hand and I realized that the one that should have my foot together did not appear. When asking for reception they informed me that the walk was scheduled for later after the hand. I explained the situation, the receptionist seemed quite annoyed, treated me as if I had done something wrong and replied that “I was going to see if I could schedule a foot early for me”. I have not received any response or dealings. I finished the hand and left with a terrible service experience.
