★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Bonito, quartos limpos e organizados, atendentes muito atenciosos e os pratos são muito bem preparados e servidos. Único ponto negativo foi um caramba de um leilão que aconteceu na porta do hotel justamente no domingo bem cedo... mas foi pontual. Recomendo a hospedagem com certeza!
 One of the best accommodation options in Bonito, clean and organized rooms, very attentive attendants and the dishes are very well prepared and served. The only downside was a hell of an auction that took place outside the hotel on Sunday morning... but it was punctual. I recommend hosting for sure!

Hotel limpo, organizado, a Ana extremamente simpática e atenciosa do momento da reserva até a hora do check-out.
• O hotel possui piscina e um restaurante/barzinho ao lado, também tem um sinuca disponível no hotel (a ficha custa R$1,00)
• Café da manhã muito bom, tinha 02 opções de suco (cajá e acerola), café, pães, queijo, presunto, manteiga, macaxeira, cuscuz, ovo, carne guisada, salsicha assada, munguzá e mais alguns itens.
Apenas uma observação: o atendimento precisa melhorar em relação a uma funcionária em específico que também fica na recepção. Um pouco grossa e antipática. Quando se trabalha com público você precisa precisa ser no mínimo gentil e simpática.

Clean, organized hotel, Ana extremely friendly and attentive from the moment of booking until the time of check-out.
• The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant/bar next door, there is also a pool available at the hotel (ticket costs R$1.00)
• Very good breakfast, there were 02 juice options (cajá and acerola), coffee, bread, cheese, ham, butter, cassava, couscous, egg, stewed meat, roasted sausage, munguzá and a few other items.
Just one observation: the service needs to improve in relation to a specific employee who is also at the reception. A little thick and unsympathetic. When working with the public you need to be at least kind and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is amazing. Really very very good food. Also nice and kind and friendly staff. However it wont be nice and calm stay. The staff do not do anything for drunk and loud people. Even at night 2-3am they are screaming and shouting. Hard to have good rest. What is more - no room service available and no mini bar in the room. However food was amazing.
