Além de uma grande amiga é uma excelente profissional. Há mais de 6 anos sou cliente da Jaque. Comecei fazendo micropigmentação e ao longo dos anos fui fazendo outros procedimentos, dentre eles depilação a laser, limpeza de pele e outros. Indico o trabalho da Jaque de olhos fechados, por ser uma profissional competente e comprometida com o que faz.

I started doing micropigmentation and over the years I've been doing other procedures, including laser hair removal, skin cleaning and others. Sou cliente da clínica há muitos anos, SEMPRE FUI MUITO BEM ATENDIDO, a proprietária é uma profissional exemplar, muito competente e correta RECOMENDO a todos os meus clientes!
Fiquei impressionado com a ignorância (legal) e a maldade na reclamação postada, pelos seguintes motivos:
1 – PRIMEIRAMENTE OS SERVIÇOS DA CLINICA SÃO DE QUALIDADE INCONTESTAVEL! (SEM RECLAMAÇÕES NAS REDES SOCIAIS!)
2 – A resposta da proprietária foi robusta e convincente, alegando inclusive ter provas da má fé da consumidora.
3 - A garantia de produto ou serviço segundo o artigo 30 CDC possui prazo máximo de 30 dias para bens ou serviços não duráveis e de 90 dias para bens duráveis, neste caso já se passaram mais de um ano, com diversos agendamentos e a inercia da consumidora, isso não pode prosperar!
Ressalta-se o desleixo da consumidora não acarreta responsabilidade ao fornecedor!
3- Por fim, calunia, injuria e DIFAMAÇÃO são CRIMES, todos descritos no Código Penal.
Portanto, é necessária uma reflexão aos consumidores para não incorrer em nenhum tipo penal.

I have been a client of the clinic for many years, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY WELL ATTENDED, the owner is an exemplary professional, very competent and correct. I RECOMMEND it to all my clients!
I was impressed by the (legal) ignorance and malice in the posted complaint, for the following reasons:
1 – FIRSTLY, THE SERVICES OF THE CLINICA ARE OF UNDISPUTABLE QUALITY! (NO COMPLAINTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!)
2 – The owner's response was robust and convincing, even claiming to have evidence of the consumer's bad faith.
3 - The product or service warranty according to article 30 CDC has a maximum period of 30 days for non-durable goods or services and 90 days for durable goods, in this case more than a year has passed, with several appointments and the inertia of the consumer, it cannot prosper!
It should be noted that the consumer's negligence does not entail liability to the supplier!
3- Finally, slander, insult and DEFAMATION are CRIMES, all described in the Penal Code.
Therefore, it is necessary for consumers to reflect so as not to incur any criminal offense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma micro em ano passado e com menos de 15 dias já tinha largado toda . Com um mês sumiu de vez . Desde o começou fui comunicando o corrido com a empresa via ZAP e insta e mandando fotos do resultado e etc , a Sr Jaqueline sempre dizendo que era normal e que eu tinha que esperar mais de um mês para cicatrizar e ver o resultado . Após um mês nem sombra da micro simplismente havia desaparecido totalmente .Infelizmente tive que fazer um procedimento cirúrgico e demorei pra me recuperar e reorganizar minha vida e quando procurei a Sr Jaqueline para refazer o procedimento a mesma havia se comprometido a refazer mas por problema de saúde falei pra ela via insta que iria remarcar em outro momento .Agora que tive um tempo pra refazer a mesma se recusou pois disse que já passou um ano e que não tenho direito a nada. Pois é paguei por um serviço que não deu certo e não tenho direito a nada né !?Independente do tempo que se passou a Sra tinha se comprometido comigo em refazer tenho provas pois tenho arquivadas todas as nossas conversas . Uma pena fiquei decepcionada pois gastei dinheiro em vão e fui mais boba aínda em acreditar que você iria refazer a micro como havia me prometido fiquei imensamente triste e decepcionada pois eu confiei nesse profissional e no que ela tinha me prometido Independente do tempo . Sou uma pessoa que dar valor a palavra empenhada e pra mim palavra sim vale documento mas infelizmente nem todo muito é assim .Sem mais ,contra provas não há argumentos .

Unfortunately, I had to undergo a surgical procedure and it took me a while to recover and reorganize my life and when I looked for Mrs. Jaqueline to redo the procedure, she had committed to redo it but due to health problems. I told her via insta that I would reschedule at another time. Now that I had time to redo it, she refused because she said that a year has passed and that I am not entitled to anything. Well, I paid for a service that didn't work and I'm not entitled to anything, right!? Regardless of the time that passed, you had committed to me in redoing I have evidence because I have all our conversations archived. A pity I was disappointed because I spent money in vain and I was even more foolish to believe that you would redo the micro as you had promised me I was immensely sad and disappointed because I trusted this professional and what she had promised me Regardless of the time. I am a person who gives value to the word committed and for me word is worth document but unfortunately not all is so. Without more, against evidence there are no arguments.
