★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido antes, perguntei se estava tudo ok, encomendei pra ceia de Natal, carne fatiada, escabeche de abobrinha, cesta de pães, cheesecake, e a atendente disse que na quinta 24 até as 17:30 ligariam pra ir retirar, cheguei lá as 17:30 já que não ligaram e fui informada que a fábrica não fez o pedido, simples assim!
Nos consumidores somos pegos de surpresa, fiquei sem pra minha ceia de Natal, descaso total ! Nunca mais passo nem perto !
I ordered before, asked if everything was ok, ordered for Christmas dinner, sliced meat, marinated zucchini, bread basket, cheesecake, and the attendant said that on Thursday 24 until 17:30 they would call to pick it up, I got there at 17:30 since they didn’t call and I was informed that the factory didn’t order it, as simple as that!
Consumers are taken by surprise, I was without my Christmas dinner, total neglect! Never step closer!

Salgados que podem serem comprados congelados, e assados "ao forno" na hora de servir, com sabor de fresquinho. Por não ser chegada a salgados, meu paladar é muito exigente em relação a essa categoria de alimento. Nem sei se felizmente (pq é muito saboroso), ou infelizmente (impossibilitando de manter uma dieta), descobri esse local. Possuem variedades de sabores.
I do not remember having eaten better snacks, prices consistent with the excellent quality standards of the products. Salty snacks that can be bought frozen, and baked "in the oven" at the time of serving, with a fresh flavor. Since I am not a savory person, my taste is very demanding in relation to this category of food. I don't even know if luckily (because it is very tasty), or unfortunately (making it impossible to maintain a diet), I discovered this place. They have varieties of flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja anda fraquissima.. (loja do TRIX) Adorava comprar bolos de pote, ou bolachinhas dentre outras coisas.. Atualmente não tem nada.. Perco tempo indo várias vezes e não há opções, aliás ao há nem produtos quanto mais opções.. Rsrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um bolo e estava super cristalizado, impossível de comer, provavelmente estava na prateleira à dias. Levei de volta e não pude reaver o valor nem em dinheiro ou crédito na loja, segundo as atendentes a “dona Eliana” não permite estorno. Péssimo atendimento, postura horrível. Certamente não recomendo e não vale a pena.
I bought a cake and it was super candied, impossible to eat, it was probably on the shelf for days. I took it back and could not recover the amount either in cash or credit at the store, according to the attendants, “Dona Eliana” does not allow a refund. Terrible service, horrible posture. I certainly don't recommend it and it's not worth it.
