Eu e minhas amigas passamos mais de 20 dias para alugarmos um apartamento em Recife e mesmo depois de tanto tempo esperando e mandando a documentação, o aluguel não deu certo!
De início foram bem atenciosos. Depois de uma semana começaram a colocar dificuldades. Muuuitas dificuldades foram colocadas. Primeiro não aceitaram o fiador pq ele não era do PE, até aí tudo bem. Aí começaram a empurrar um seguro fiança pra cima da gente. Nós não aceitamos e procuramos outro fiador. No entanto, eles nem aceitaram o fiador e nem nos disseram o motivo. Ok!! Arrumei oooutro fiador. Este tinha a renda que eles pediam, era de Recife, tinha carro e imóvel quitados e no seu nome. Acreditem... eles também não aceitaram!! Quando perguntei o motivo, eles disseram que era o dono do ap que não tinha aceitado. Mas como assim não aceitou??!?!? Se ele não queria fiador pq ele não disse desde o começo, não é!?!
Por fim, nós já estávamos em Recife, ficando de favor na casa de povo, faltando um dia para iniciar uma jornada de trabalho/residência das 07 as 19h. Ou seja, que dia a gente ia procurar ap, olhar ap?!
Ficamos desesperadas! E tudo isso por causa da enrolada e irresponsabilidade da imobiliária. Ficamos 20 dias arrumando documentação, mandando e eles só colocando barreiras na frente, mas dizendo que daria certo!
Sobre a corretora de imóvel, sem palavras! Só problemas! Do meio pro fim eu fiquei mantendo contato com o gerente de locação, que era o que ainda estava parecendo está preocupado com a situação e querendo que algo fosse resolvido. Mas mesmo assim não foi!
Então, se você quiser uma imobiliária que seja resolutiva e rápida, eu não recomendo essa!
Fica a dica!!!

I didn't have a good experience!
My friends and I spent more than 20 days to rent an apartment in Recife and even after so long waiting and sending the documentation, the rental didn't work!
At first they were very attentive. After a week they began to pose difficulties. Many difficulties were posed. First they did not accept the guarantor because he was not from the EP, so far so good. Then they started to push a bail bond over us. We do not accept and look for another guarantor. However, they neither accepted the guarantor nor told us the reason. OK!! I got the other guarantor. This one had the rent they asked for, it was from Recife, he had a car and property paid for and in his name. Believe me ... they didn't accept it either !! When I asked why, they said that he was the owner of the apartment that he had not accepted. But how come you didn't accept ??!?!? If he didn't want a guarantor because he didn't say it from the beginning, did he!?!
Finally, we were already in Recife, staying in favor at the people's house, missing one day to start a work / residence day from 7 am to 7 pm. That is, what day would we look for ap, look ap ?!
We were desperate! And all this because of the tangled and irresponsible real estate. We spent 20 days fixing documentation, sending them and they just putting barriers in front, but saying it would work!
About the real estate broker, speechless! Only problems! From the middle to the end I stayed in contact with the location manager, who was still looking concerned about the situation and wanting something to be resolved. But it still wasn't!
So, if you want a real estate company that is resolutive and fast, I don't recommend this one!
