A outra vez, resolvi pedir em casa e fiquei esperando 2 horas por um pedido! Olha isso! 2 horas! E quando perguntei se meu pedido estava a caminho, simplesmente visualizaram minha mensagem, e ignoraram. Só se manifestaram na segunda mensagem quando eu já estava inconformada com a espera. Absurdo! Aconselho quem deseja pizza, com melhor atendimento, favor procurar outro local. Deixando aqui minha total insatisfação!
The pizza is really delicious, but the service is terrible! The first time I went to eat at the restaurant and I was waiting a lot! The other time, I decided to order at home and I was waiting 2 hours for an order! Look at this! 2 hours! And when I asked if my order was on the way, they simply viewed my message, and ignored it. They only manifested themselves in the second message when I was already resigned to the wait. Absurd! I advise anyone who wants pizza, with better service, please look for another location. Leaving my total dissatisfaction here!

Não é a primeira vez q compro, e qdo comprei no passado tb levou muito tempo para chegar e nada mudou comprando novamente. Caso queira pedir uma pizza peça com 3h de antecedencia do horário desejado ou então morra de fome esperando!
As you can read in the comments the pizza takes 2 hours to arrive or more. It's not the first time I buy it, and when I bought it in the past it took a long time to arrive and nothing changed when I bought it again. If you want to order a pizza, order 3 hours before the desired time or die of hunger waiting!
