★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom para fazer os cabelos , porém pode ser bom mais poderia ser mais barato manutenção de duas telas 160,00 e selante num cabelo curto e bem pouco 150,00 preço um pouco exagerado pelo serviço prestado.

Fui colocar uma tela de reparo apenas,cheguei 11:00 e sai as 16:00,primeiro colocaram uma tela grudada com a outra,depois tiraram,e colocaram de outro jeito. Enfim ficou Horrível,eu cheia de dor,insatisfeita. E sinceramente nunca mais quero experimentar desse Horrível atendimento.

Não indicarei a loja pra mais ninguém, pois, comprei uma lace front preta ondulada, com 10 dias após a compra, a peruca estava ressacada, dura, com uma qualidade péssima.
Quando fui pedir o suporte da loja, disseram que não me dariam garantia de nada, que o produto estava na condição em que estava por conta de mal uso da minha parte, sendo que te tenho mais 3 laces, que estão em perfeito estado, e uma dessas laces foi comprada em dezembro do ano passado, e está comigo até hoje.
Não foi por mal uso, o produto está na condição que está pela péssima qualidade mesmo.
Pedi pra tentarem hidratar a peruca, afinal paguei R$380,00 nela, não vou jogar no lixo, busquei hoje, e me entregaram praticamente da mesma forma, se passaram reparador de pontas e pentearam ela, fizeram muito.
Estou muito decepcionada com a loja, e com a falta de suporte dela, afinal não reconheceram que a "tecnologia" desse produto é pior que as perucas da 25 de março, e me disseram que estava assim porque cortei.
Sendo que em momento algum desses 10 dias, modifiquei o produto em questão.
Não compro nem mais uma touca de cetim nesta loja.

I won't recommend the store to anyone else, because I bought a black wavy front lace, 10 days after purchase, the wig was hung over, stiff, with terrible quality.
When I went to ask for store support, they said they would not guarantee anything, that the product was in the condition it was in due to misuse on my part, and I have 3 more loops, which are in perfect condition, and one of these laces was purchased in December of last year, and is still with me today.
It was not due to misuse, the product is in the condition that it is due to the very bad quality.
I asked them to try to moisturize the wig, after all I paid R$380.00 on it, I'm not going to throw it in the trash, I picked it up today, and they gave it to me in pretty much the same way.
I'm very disappointed with the store, and with the lack of support from it, after all they didn't recognize that the "technology" of this product is worse than the wigs from March 25th, and they told me it was like this because I cut it.
Since in any of these 10 days, I modified the product in question.
I don't buy another satin cap at this store.
