★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a agência no dia 10/01/20, não fui mal atendido, o vendedor até me deu algumas dicas sobres os destinos que eu procurava e uma noção de valores, porém, não me deu nenhum orçamento... disse que enviaria por whatsapp, mas até hoje nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A atendente queria apenas anotar nosso contato para enviar orçamentos depois. Como insistimos, conversou conosco com má vontade e ficou de enviar mais detalhes via WhatsApp depois mas já faz quase uma semana e nada. Não recomendo e nem volto lá.
Terrible attendance. The attendant just wanted to write down our contact to send quotes later. As we insisted, he talked to us with ill will and was to send more details via WhatsApp afterwards but it's been almost a week and nothing. I don't recommend it and I'm not going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A moça estava zero interessada em realizar o atendimento. de máscara eu conseguia ver a insatisfação na cara dela. Ouviu o que eu tinha pra falar por educação, pq pra vender não foi. Fui pra fechar a viagem e pagar e não fechei pelo mal atendimento.
