★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Dei uma estrela porque não tem como não dar nenhuma. Conheci porque descobri que abriram uma conta em meu nome, não sei com quais documentos, porque não perdi nenhum. Além disso transferiram a minha aposentadoria para esse lugar e fizeram um empréstimo. Tudo isso sem eu saber. Ou seja, essa Correspondente do Banco Mercantil, e o próprio Banco Mercantil, autorizaram essa abertura de conta e todo esse processo fraudulento. Um absurdo!!!
Terrible service. I gave a star because there is no way not to give any. I got to know them because I found out that they opened an account in my name, I don't know which documents they used, because I didn't lose any. Furthermore, they transferred my pension to this place and took out a loan. All this without me knowing. In other words, this Banco Mercantil Correspondent, and Banco Mercantil itself, authorized this account opening and this entire fraudulent process. An absurd!!!
