Foi "curto e grosso". Tive que pedir calma pra ele. Gente! Que isso? Nem que o cupom tivesse vencido ele jamais poderia agir assim. Mesmo que eu tenha passado 6 meses pra ligar, isso n lhe dava o direito.
I got a birthday gift coupon. I called 2 days before the coupon expired, I was rudely answered by a guy who barely let me speak, making several interventions. It was "short and thick".
