O local está em reforma, mas no geral não me traz uma boa sensação.
It's the second time I've been there to take products and materials donated by an NGO through Vila dos Bichos.
The place is under renovation, but overall it doesn't give me a good feeling.

Preciso saber quais horarios de dias de atendimento. Pois uma vez fui lá e não atenderam . Agora preciso levar urgente meu cachorro e ninguém atende .

Salario dela quase 2 salarios mínimos.Tava eu e meus 2 filhos. Minha filha com o filhote no colo doente.. Além disto ela falo em tom de chacota se eu não tenho condições de criar por que ter então. Isto na frente de meus filhos. Sabemos bem a situação que passamos durante esta pandemia. mais eu tenho 3 cachorros. Todos a mais de 2 anos. Gastamos o que tinha com o bichinho. Não resolveu. Foi lá atrás de informação. E saímos humilhado
was humiliated by an attendant. In which I tell myself that it only serves those who earn at least 2 minimum wages. I'm unemployed, only my wife works. Her salary almost 2 minimum wages. It was me and my 2 children. My daughter with the sick baby on her lap.. Besides that, she talks in a mocking tone if I can't create it, why should I have it? This in front of my kids. We are well aware of the situation we are going through during this pandemic. But I have 3 dogs. All over 2 years. We spent what we had on the pet. It didn't. Went there for information. And we left humiliated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pura balela levei meu filhote hj nesse lugar e nem se quer quiz saber o q ele tinha a atendente super grossa nem olhar direito p meu bb ela olhou nos tratou super mal e não deram se quer a chance de salvar a vida dele q estava muito debilitado alegando q ali é p pessoas de baixa renda mais se isso é vdd pq não pediu um comprovante de renda p ver se nos encaixava p atendê-lo... Mais na minha opinião se eles tem tanto respeito e amor pelos animais como dizem teriam pelo menos ter dado uma chance para meu Piter e não humilhar e desfazer de nos e da nossa dor... E meu Piter?? morreu nem 30 minutos depois de ser rejeitado por essas pessoas q dizem amar os animais... Obrigada espaço animal por mostrar o verdadeiro amor e respeito q vcs tem pelos animais ?
Pure bullshit I took my puppy to this place today and I didn't even want to know what he had, the super rude attendant or look right at my bb she looked she treated us super badly and they didn't give a chance to save his life who was very weak alleging that's for low-income people, but if that's true, because they didn't ask for a proof of income to see if we fit in to serve you... More in my opinion, if they have as much respect and love for animals as they say they would have at least having given my Piter a chance and not humiliating and getting rid of us and our pain... And my Piter?? died not even 30 minutes after being rejected by these people who say they love animals... Thank you animal space for showing the true love and respect you have for animals ?
