★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pessimamente atendida pelo Wagner. O ar-condicionado estava gotejando para o lado de dentro. Ele fez o serviço, mas o problema persistiu. Quando eu liguei pedindo que ele visse resolver, ele me disse que estava muito ocupado e que só poderia vir na próxima semana. Depois de muita insistência ele veio e me disse que precisaria que eu pagasse mais um valor, além do que já havia pago, para fazer o conserto. Acredito que eu tenha sido enganada, pois, outra empresa que fez um orçamento muito muito menor para resolver o problema.
I was badly treated by Wagner. The air conditioner was dripping inside. He did the job, but the problem persisted. When I called asking him to see it sorted out, he told me he was very busy and couldn't come until next week. After a lot of insistence he came and told me that he would need me to pay an additional amount, in addition to what I had already paid, to do the repair. I believe I was misled, because another company made a much smaller budget to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais pontuais, realizaram o serviço de instalação de dois aparelhos de ar condicionado de forma rápida e limpa, mesmo com todos os desafios que existem para instalar em apartamento sem estrutura de ar condicionado. Fizeram da parte elétrica até a limpeza final. Também ajudaram a resolver a parte burocrática com engenheiro eletricista, laudo e art. Recomendo fortemente o trabalho do Wagner e seu irmão.
Punctual professionals, carried out the installation service of two air conditioners quickly and cleanly, even with all the challenges that exist to install in an apartment without air conditioning structure. They did everything from electrical to final cleaning. They also helped to solve the bureaucratic part with an electrical engineer, report and art. I strongly recommend the work of Wagner and his brother.
