★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo nesse consultório desde de 2019. Fiz um tratamento de tracionamento, sempre gastei dinheiro em várias clínicas e nunca tive um resultado positivo.. agora estou com sorriso perfeito.
Recomendo muito.
I have been in this office since 2019. I had a traction treatment, I always spent money in several clinics and I never had a positive result... now I have a perfect smile.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa "dra" Regina Hsu não deveria nem ter consultório aberto.
Em 2019 minha mãe teve a infeliz ideia de começar um "tratamento" ortodontico nesse local. Porém o aparelho foi colocado na boca da minha mãe sema exigência de uma documentação ortodontica (olha o absurdo!) a única coisa que foi pedido foi uma panorâmica. Enfim era pra minha mãe ter tirado esse aparelho em janeiro de 2020, porém o ortodontista que atendia saiu desse consultório (dr Andre) e em fevereiro uma outra dentista atendeu e não tirou o aparelho, entrou a pandemia e minha mãe é de risco, tem 68 anos e eu falei que ela não ia nas consultas. E essa descompensada dessa "Dra" Regina enviou várias ameaças dizendo que mesmo sem ir nas manutenções ela teria que pagar pois o aparelho é alugado! Alugado??? Como assim?? Enfim resumindo depois de tomar a terceira dose, minha mãe mandou uma msg no WhatsApp e agendou o horário para hoje (16/11/21 as 14h30) minha mãe foi e passou por um show de horror com essa "DRA" Regina totalmente desequilibrada que atendeu minha mãe aos gritos (lembrando que minha mãe é uma senhora de 68 anos) se negou a atender dizendo que NAO ERA OBRIGADA! Enfim, eu já estou tomando providências jurídicas, contra essa espelunca e contra essa "dra" que deve ter comprado o diploma. Ela tratou a minha mãe mal, gritou, parecia uma louca, maloqueira. Minha mãe inclusive ficou com medo dela.
Já solicitei os comprovantes de pagamento das manutenções da minha mãe que sempre foi pedido para ser feito em dinheiro e nunca foi dado 1 recibo sequer ou seja ela sonega nota fiscal tambem.
Tomem cuidado, pois essa clínica é tudo menos uma clínica odontológica séria com profissionais competentes.
This "dra" Regina Hsu shouldn't even have an open office.
In 2019 my mother had the unfortunate idea of starting an orthodontic "treatment" there. However, the device was placed in my mother's mouth without the need for orthodontic documentation (looks absurd!) the only thing that was asked for was a panoramic view. Anyway, my mother was supposed to have this device removed in January 2020, but the orthodontist who attended left this office (Dr Andre) and in February another dentist attended and did not remove the device, the pandemic entered and my mother is at risk, there is 68 years old and I said she didn't go to the appointments. And this uncompensated "Dr" Regina sent several threats saying that even without going to maintenance she would have to pay because the device is rented! Rented??? Like this?? Anyway, after taking the third dose, my mother sent a msg on WhatsApp and scheduled the time for today (16/11/21 to 2:30 pm) my mother went through a horror show with this totally unbalanced "DRA" Regina who answered my mother screaming (remembering that my mother is a lady of 68 years old) refused to answer saying that IT WAS NO THANK YOU! Anyway, I'm already taking legal action, against this joint and against this "dra" who must have bought the diploma. She treated my mother badly, she screamed, she looked like a madwoman. My mother was even scared of her.
I have already asked for proof of payment for maintenance from my mother, which was always asked to be made in cash and was never given even one receipt, ie she evades the invoice as well.
Beware, this clinic is anything but a serious dental clinic with competent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Luciano, excelente profissional. Me senti segura com o tratamento e atendimento. Passei quase 6 meses procurando um profissional e acertei em cheio. Todo o atendimento vale a pena, da Dra Regina, da Carol da recepção, todos. (Não costumo avaliar com 5 estrelas pois parece que finalizamos a melhoraria quando na verdade sempre buscamos nos aperfeiçoar como profissionais e pessoas). Obrigada Clínica Bem Estar!
Dr. Luciano, excellent professional. I felt safe with the treatment and care. I spent almost 6 months looking for a professional and I nailed it. All the service is worth it, from Dra Regina, from Carol at the reception, everyone. (I don't usually rate it with 5 stars because it seems that we ended up improving when in fact we always seek to improve ourselves as professionals and people). Thank you Wellness Clinic!
