Uma recepcionista grosseira, mudou meu horário 2x e quando eu falei que não estava bom pra mim ainda meio que me fez engolir dizendo que não tinha outro horário. Fui na clinica 2x e não teve atendimento, agora em momento de pandemia ela diz que é pra eu ir la validar a biometria mensal
MAS EU FUI LA DUAS VEZES ESSE MÊS E NÃO TEVE ATENDIMENTO E ELA NÃO FALOU NADA DA BIOMETRIA. Desisti. Vou procurar uma clinica para tratar minha ansiedade que não aumente ela.
 Unfortunately I liked the professional who attended me but the clinic itself is terrible. A rude receptionist, changed my schedule 2x and when I said it was not good for me it still kind of made me swallow saying I didn't have another time. I went to the clinic twice and there was no assistance, now in a pandemic moment she says I should go there and validate the monthly biometrics
BUT I WAS LA TWICE THIS MONTH AND HAD NO SERVICE AND SHE SPOKE NOTHING OF BIOMETRY. I gave up. I will look for a clinic to treat my anxiety that does not increase it.

Já fiz terapia nessa clínica antes e fui super bem atendido por todos os profissionais, mas agora tento retornar e sofri com o descaso de uma atendente que não sabe mandar uma informação completa pelo whatsapp, passou 3 dias para me dar uma informação em pedaços
