★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos nossos pets, um Poddle Toy, foi vítima de uma tosa desastrosa na Bem Pet Store na última segunda-feira, dia 25/01/2021 por um tosador acougueiro. Eu e minha esposa sempre levávamos nossos pets para serviços de tosa, banho, entre outros. Para nossa decepção e revolta, na última vez tivemos a desagradável surpresa de ver nosso menorzinho todo ferido, em vários lugares e sequer tinha naquele momento um(a) veterinário(a) para tratar dos ferimentos causados por um indivíduo que não deveria estar onde está e fazendo o que faz. Total decepção e tristeza com a Bem Pet Store! Só dei uma estrela, porque não meia estrela, senão daria!!
One of our pets, a Poddle Toy, was the victim of a disastrous shearing at Bem Pet Store last Monday, 01/25/2021 by a butcher shearer. My wife and I always took our pets for grooming, bathing and other services. To our disappointment and revolt, the last time we had the unpleasant surprise of seeing our little boy all injured, in several places and even at that moment there was no veterinarian to treat the injuries caused by an individual who should not be where he is and doing what you do. Total disappointment and sadness with the Bem Pet Store! I only gave one star, because not half a star, otherwise I would!

Levei meu cachorro para tomar e tosar. Me fizeram assinar um termo que basicamente dizia que acidentes poderiam acontecer. Falei com os responsáveis e me informaram que era em caso do animal ficar em pânico... ou coisas assim. Mas que jamais iriam machucar.
Quando cheguei em casa e vi o quanto ele estava aterrorizado notei as queimaduras, corte ma orelha e arranhões.
Tive que levar ele em um veterinário pois o stress foi tando que tive que dar diversos medicamentos a ele para diminuir as dores dele. E sabe o que a Bem Pet fez? NADA. TOTAL DESCASO. ATÉ PARA DAR UM RETORNO, FORAM INDIFERENTES.
PÉSSIMA EMPRESA.
Zero comprometido com seus clientes.
Cuidado. Eles machucam seus filhos e não estão nem aí.
LAMENTÁVEL.
THEY BURNED, CUT AND SCRATCHED my dog all over.
I took my dog out to drink and shave. They made me sign a form that basically said accidents could happen. I spoke to those responsible and they informed me that it was in case the animal panicked... or something like that. But that would never hurt.
When I got home and saw how terrified he was I noticed the burns, cuts in the ear and scratches.
I had to take him to a vet because the stress was so high that I had to give him several medications to reduce his pain. And do you know what Bem Pet did? NOTHING. TOTAL DISREGARD. EVEN TO GIVE A RETURN, THEY WERE INDIFFERENT.
TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Zero commitment to its customers.
Caution. They hurt their kids and they don't care.
UNFORTUNATE.
