★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio possui 3 torres, 15 andares, 4 apartamentos por andar, possui portaria 24 horas e lazer completo como salão de festas, academia, piscina adulto e infantil climatizada, churrasqueira, playground, brinquedoteca, sauna e salão de jogos. Ponto negativo são vagas que ficam no descoberto ou cobertas mas em edifício garagem que precisa passar no descoberto para acessar a torre. Planta do apartamento é excelente, são 68m² com 2 ou 3 Dorms. (1 suíte) - 1 ou 2 vagas, varanda gourmet, banheiros possuem janela, cozinha e área de serviço totalmente independentes.
Condominium has 3 towers, 15 floors, 4 apartments per floor, has 24-hour concierge and full leisure as party room, gym, heated and adult pool, barbecue, playground, playroom, sauna and games room. Negative point are vacancies that are uncovered or covered but in garage building that needs to go overdraft to access the tower. Apartment floor plan is excellent, are 68m² with 2 or 3 Dorms. (1 suite) - 1 or 2 seats, gourmet balcony, bathrooms with fully independent window, kitchen and laundry area.
