Pedimos 2 cheddars, um veio com muito molho e o meu veio quase sem nada. 33 reais por uma colher de café de molho é bem triste. Mas a maior decepção mesmo era a carne seca. O gosto até que era bom. Eu esparava muito mais, já que é super bem falada essa hamburguesería. Talvez eu tenha tido má sorte.
Did not like. We ordered medium and the meat was well done and dry. We ordered 2 cheddars, one came with a lot of sauce and mine came with almost nothing. 33 reais for a teaspoon of sauce is pretty sad. But the biggest disappointment was the jerky. The taste was even good. I expected a lot more, since this hamburguesería is very well spoken. Maybe I had bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito fã da Hamburgueria, sempre pedi o Delivery também, oque acho que conta pra parte da minha experiência. Quase sempre aconteciam alguns erros pequenos como esquecimento de algo, ou troca de refrigerante, ou até mesmo trocar algum produto, porém sempre fui fã do lugar então relevava. Porem os preços recentemente tem me abismado, por mais que tudo subiu, mudar o preço de uma maionese pra 2,50, pra 5 reais por exemplo em uma maionese que nao vem quase NADA… o preço de tudo subiu muito, e a qualidade dos produtos desceu MUITO. A batata sempre foi o carro chefe, eles mudaram a formula. Da ultima vez pedi um hamburguer ao ponto, veio parencendo uma sola de sapato( já tinha acontecido outras vezes, porém dessa vez estava incomivel).
Deixo aqui minha reclamação pra vocês ficarem mais atentos. Era muito fã porém nao tem condições mais de pagar pelo oque é oferecido.
I've always been a big fan of Hamburgueria, I've always ordered Delivery too, which I think accounts for part of my experience. There were almost always some small mistakes like forgetting something, or changing soda, or even changing a product, but I've always been a fan of the place so I didn't care. However, prices have been surprising me recently, as much as everything has gone up, changing the price of a mayonnaise to 2.50, to 5 reais, for example, for a mayonnaise that comes with almost NOTHING… the price of everything has gone up a lot, and the quality of the products went down A LOT. Potatoes have always been the main product, they changed the formula. Last time I ordered a medium sized hamburger, it came looking like a shoe sole (it had happened before, but this time it was uneatable).
I leave my complaint here for you to be more attentive. I was a big fan but can no longer afford to pay for what is offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal muito educado e atencioso. Para quem gosta de hambúrguer é uma ótima opção em Bragança. Ali é de 180g. O Milk-shake é excelente. Quase todos os produtos são de fabricação própria. Molho barbecue e maionese temperada são feitos tb por eles e são ótimos. O preço segue as lanchonetes Premium de hambúrguer (é meio expressivo rs). Dá para comer no local e pedir delivery. Tem os lanches tradicionais e um cardápio criado por eles. Super recomendo!
Very polite and attentive staff. For those who like hamburgers, it is a great option in Bragança. There it is 180g. The milkshake is excellent. Almost all products are manufactured in-house. Barbecue sauce and seasoned mayonnaise are also made by them and are great. The price follows the Premium hamburger snack bars (it's quite expressive lol). You can eat in and order delivery. It has traditional snacks and a menu created by them. I highly recommend it!
