Liguei a algum tempo e a atendeu uma criança. ? Passou para mulher do mecanico e quis tirar algumas dúvidas, pois meu automóvel estava parado em casa e teria que guinchar até lá. Me respondeu mau, que não fazia orçamento por telefone, sendo que não tinha perguntado sobre orçamento e a mulher se enfesou. Perguntei se podia ir lá, era só ir até lá... Quer dizer, se eu levasse meu carro parado, ficaria na rua se não tivesse espaço?
Tem boa referência de muitas pessoas, mas precisa melhorar os sistemas de atendimento.
