★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja virtual totalmente enganosa fiz uma compra pra minha filha on-line quando chegou não deu nenhuma das peças tive q me deslocar até uma loja onde não conseguiram trocar as peças pois não tinha nenhuma numeração referente a que eu tinha comprado e tinha q ser da mesma coleção pedi pra ser ressarcida por ser uma compra virtual cabe o direito de arrependimento e mesmo assim não teve acordo
Entrei pelo procon esperando o processo
Totally misleading virtual store I made a purchase for my daughter online when she arrived I didn't give any of the pieces I had to go to a store where they couldn't change the pieces because there was no number referring to what I had bought and it had to be the same collection I asked to be reimbursed for being a virtual purchase, there is the right to regret and even then there was no agreement
I entered through procon waiting for the process
