★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paramos pra almoçar, um sábado, dia de feijoada. Não é a melhor feijoada do mundo, mas é saborosíssima... uma excelente surpresa. O atendimento foi bom. Espero retornar para provar outros pratos.
We stopped for lunch, a Saturday, feijoada day. It's not the best feijoada in the world, but it's very tasty... an excellent surprise. The service was good. I hope to return to try other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENDIMENTO HORRÍVEL, FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE ! Fizemos um pedido pelo app delivery much às 21:00 com previsão de entrega de 50 minutos. Às 22:21 entrei em contato pro WhatsApp do restaurante, já que eles não atendem telefone, e questionei a demora já que pelo app o meu pedido já havia saído para entrega já fazia mais de 40 minutos. Me informaram de que o motoboy não é fixo e eles emprestam do restaurante vizinho. Aguardei … muito muito tempo. Até que o motoboy finalmente chegou às 23:12 - 2 HORAS E 12 MINUTOS APÓS O PEDIDO - Recebi a ligação da portaria informando a presença do motoboy para realizar a entrega, mas este estava se NEGANDO a apresentar o documento (regra de segurança do condomínio, deste e de todos os condomínios que presem pela segurança dos seus moradores), nestas condições teríamos que cancelar o pedido ou ir buscar a comida na portaria. Optamos por cancelar, já que o motoboy não estava querendo seguir as regras, não estava querendo realizar o seu trabalho que é realizar a entrega ao cliente.
Questionando isso com o restaurante recebi todas as justificativas possíveis e imagináveis … de que o motoboy ganha pouco para realizar as entregas então por isso não realizou a minha entrega ou que ele não pode perder tempo entregando o documento porque se não ele teria que correr para realizar as outras entregas e poderia sofrer um acidente… ou seja, um DESPREPARO TOTAL no atendimento ao cliente. E ainda por cima a pessoa duvidou do que eu estava dizendo falando que a versão do motoboy era diferente. Além de toda a demora, não recebemos a nossa comida.
Falhas ocorrem, a demora foi péssima, mas até aí ok, estávamos aguardando. Mas o desrespeito e a desvalorização com o cliente é inadmissível!!
Um pouco depois entrou em contato conosco uma outra pessoa para tentar solucionar, falando que entregaria a comida, mas já era tarde.
A comida é muito boa, mas a entrega do delivery não !
HORRIBLE SERVICE, LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER! We placed an order through the delivery much app at 21:00 with a delivery forecast of 50 minutes. At 10:21 pm I contacted the restaurant's WhatsApp, as they don't answer the phone, and I questioned the delay since my order had already left for delivery through the app for more than 40 minutes. They informed me that the motoboy is not fixed and they borrow from the neighboring restaurant. I waited… too long. Until the motoboy finally arrived at 23:12 - 2 HOURS AND 12 MINUTES AFTER THE ORDER - I received a call from the concierge informing the motoboy presence to make the delivery, but he was REFUSING to present the document (security rule of the condominium , this and all condominiums that protect the safety of their residents), under these conditions we would have to cancel the order or go get the food at the concierge. We chose to cancel, as the motoboy wasn't willing to follow the rules, he wasn't willing to do his job, which is to deliver to the customer.
Questioning this with the restaurant I received all the possible and imaginable justifications... that the motoboy earns little to make the deliveries so that's why he didn't make my delivery or that he can't waste time delivering the document because otherwise he would have to run to make it other deliveries and you could have an accident… that is, a TOTAL UNPREPAREDNESS in customer service. And on top of that, the person doubted what I was saying saying that the motoboy version was different. In addition to all the delay, we did not receive our food.
Failures occur, the delay was terrible, but until then ok, we were waiting. But disrespect and devaluation with the customer is unacceptable!!
A little later, another person contacted us to try to solve it, saying that he would deliver the food, but it was too late.
The food is very good, but the delivery is not!
