Very nice and cozy place. Good food and OK price, the problem was the delay in service, we stayed more than 2 hours at the place to eat a stuffed potato (which came cold) and a Mexican combo (which came missing several things). Wouldn't go back.

Terrible service, took another 2 hours to serve some dishes. We arrived at 12 pm and were served at 2 pm, even so we didn't eat all together, we had dishes that at 3:30 had not yet arrived. We had to cancel and leave. They are rude and don't accept complaints, in addition to all insults. The place is a delight, it loses a lot for the bad service.

A comida estava deliciosa!
On the first visit, we were warmly welcomed by Julia, who introduced us to the Place, the Menu. We decided there, for the moment, to go back for Easter Lunch, together with my Mother. We returned, and equally well received, this time by the Owner Mr. Hélio, very welcoming, Solicito, explained the dynamics of the House, suggested and worried about our Satisfaction (rare in many places). In fact, they are freshly prepared dishes, but nothing that prevents us from waiting, while we enjoy the place (which is a delight, in the midst of Nature) and enjoy a drink. The food was delicious! Our impression was very positive and it has already entered our "Repertoire of Favorites!"'.. Success to the House...

Ela faz a diferença!
The place is very nice! Both indoors and outdoors, the idea is to relax and enjoy the place. Dishes take a long time, even if it's just pasta, the wait is over an hour...but it has some advantages that would make me come back, such as a parking space at the door, ample space, no waiting in line, and tasty food. The prices are those practiced in Cantareira, something between 75 and 80 reais per person. Mari's efficient and friendly service deserves to be highlighted. She makes a difference!

The worst experience I had with my husband in the middle of his birthday celebration. Apart from the service from Mari, who was very attentive to us but without much alternative tried to hold us there saying that our food was already coming, we were waiting almost 2 hours to receive the starter that had no time to arrive, a portion of onions with mayonnaise . In addition to hot and expensive beer (40.00 for two Heinekens) with no expected arrival of what we ordered, we canceled our orders, left without eating ANYTHING and had to look for another place that still served lunch at 4 pm (we got there at 2 pm) ! The place can be beautiful but I don't recommend it to eat and we won't be back!

Funcionários ruins estragam a experiência.
Great food, but bad service. I had a good experience at Sunday lunch with my husband and son, however, the dishes took a long time to arrive and when they arrived they came with large spacing. I requested some things like cutlery, sweetener and napkin for the waitress and she forgot. Even so, as I really liked the atmosphere, the sound and the cuisine, I recommended it to my sister and she went today with a larger group to celebrate her father-in-law's birthday... It was terrible. Some left without lunch for simply not having the food after 2 hours of waiting. A feather! The place has everything to be a success... Bad staff spoil the experience.

Very beautiful place, good music. But I wouldn't go back, I had lunch with friends at Afonsinho, they took 1:30 to serve, and it wasn't even crowded. And when they delivered the dishes it still came wrong.

This place is a welcome new addition to the Serra da Cantareira and due to its location a tiny bit removed from the usual places tourists from Sao Paulo go, hasn't been overrun with so much traffic that parking has become ridiculous, or that the personal touch from the wait staff and owner has been left out of consideration. The outdoor area is roomy and inviting, and on a nice afternoon is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh air and cold beer, Langerweisch, a regional craft beer. The inside decoration is a bit offbeat, with mannequin legs and feet disguised as table legs, and cascading Portuguese men of war serving as chandeliers. The wait staff is welcoming, but seem to be working hard to overcome a shyness that seems endemic to all restaurants in this area. At times, they seem to be unsure how to wait on their customers, and some of their movements seem a bit awkward and tentative. The food, I'm happy to report, was delicious. We chose the beef parmagiana, and even though it took a bit longer than we'd have liked, the delay was worth it. The beef was tender and the sauce was the perfect balance of cheese and tomato-based sauce. The rice was perfect, in my opinion, although my spouse said she would have cooked it a bit more. The plate came with french fries as well, and a green salad. Dessert was a bunuelo, with a scoop of ice cream, some more cream, and a delicious guava sauce. The bunuelo was perfectly toasted and didn't go mushy. The menu also had Mexican food, and the owner, Elio, let us sample a bit of the chili. It was very good, but since I am Texan, couldn't really be classified as chili. However, Paulistas simply do not like spicy food, and Elio said that the guacamole he serves does not have any coriander, which to my mind is unspeakable. But he knows what the locals will eat, so the Mexican food on the menu is extensively modified. We congratulated Elio and implored only that he maintain the quality of the food. That is a touchy issue here in the area restaurants, since the quality often varies from one day to the next, depending on an infinite number of reasons. Still, this is an excellent place for a great meal and a pleasant place to hang out. Parabens.
