Fui informado que o sistema estava fora do ar e que entrariam em contato comigo.
Aguardei mais 24 horas, sem retorno liguei novamente, quando entrei em contato tive a informação que o conserto do relógio ficaria mais caro que aquisição de um novo.
Falta de comprometimento com o que promete e não da retorno!
We sent a cartographic clock for budget, I was informed that the deadline would be 3 days to return, after a week I got in touch and did not get the budget.
I was informed that the system was down and that they would contact me.
I waited another 24 hours, no feedback I called again, when I came in contact I had the information that the repair of the watch would be more expensive than acquiring a new one.
Lack of commitment to what promises not return!
