Comprei um ventilador, questionei a vendedora pois queria com controle remoto, a mesma me informou que ele vinha ja preparado com receptor prontinho para usar o controle que eu compraria a parte. Tudo enganação. Pois a própria marca de ventilador não indica utilizar controles que não sejam deles. Agora no ventilador não tem instruções para instalar o controle que eles vendem. Liguei então para questionar e não obtvimos nenhum apoio. Que mais me chateia que questionei sobre o controle e foi me dito que vinha tudo prontinho, que era tranquilo, apenas comprar o contole a parte. É muito triste tudo para vender.
