Do início ao fim ela tem nos auxiliado e tornado menos árduo esse processo de mudança. O que me chamou atenção foi a humanidade em lidar com minha situação em específico e facilitar todo processo da melhor maneira que podiam. Além da imensa simpatia! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária precisa orientar os inquilinos quanto a respeitar as normas do imóvel p onde o mesmo está indo, nunca tive problemas onde moro há seis anos, agora mudou um sujeito p apto a cima do meu, alugado a través desta empresa, q meu Deus, o cara é mal caráter, não dorme, faz barulho a noite inteira, música alta e não aceita reclamações, agora estou a ponto de sair do meu apto, por causa de inquilino!
The real estate agency needs to guide tenants in respecting the property's rules where it's going, I've never had problems where I've lived for six years, now they've changed a suitable person on top of mine, rented through this company, oh my God, the guy is bad character, doesn't sleep, makes noise all night, loud music and doesn't accept complaints, now I'm about to leave my apartment, because of a tenant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim dimais,a imobiliária é bem das mas ruim uma das pior qui já axei,fazem tudo erado e pra eles ta tudo certo, tomei foi muintio prejuízo com essa casa da mãe Joana. Não indico de jeito nenhum.
Too bad, the real estate is pretty bad, one of the worst I've ever had, they do everything wrong and for them it's all right, I took a lot of damage with this house of mother Joana. I don't recommend at all.

Vários imóveis visitados, vários dias de conversa até que ela achou o lugar ideal pra mim. Que atendimento! O pessoal que me acompanhou na visita também foi incrível. Muito bom!

Estou a 5 anos com eles e recentemente o proprietario me pediu o imovel e a equipe da Bens me ajudou em todo processo para achar um novo apto e sempre mto rápidos nas respostas. Nesses 5 anos nunca tive problema nenhum com eles e sempre resolvem as demandas. Super recomendo!
Kelly, Fernanda and Daniel, all great and attentive. I've been with them for 5 years and recently the owner asked me for the property and the Bens team helped me through the whole process to find a new apt and they were always very quick to respond. In these 5 years I never had any problems with them and they always solve the demands. I highly recommend!
