★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Sem suporte pós venda. Fizemos móveis lá. Depois que acaba a garantia eles não querem nem saber. Queria mudar um móvel de lugar e entrei em contato, já que eles que montaram, pagando, é claro. O cara da loja me repassou o contato do montador que marcou comigo 2x e não foi. Não ligou. Desapareceu. Tentamos inúmeras vezes marcar com eles, mas não querem se comprometer. Péssimo pós venda.
Tenho também armários de outra empresa (Todeschini) que tb está fora da garantia, mas toda vez que preciso de algo eles vem fazer a manutenção, pagando, é claro. Mas pelo menos vc fica tranquila de manter a qualidade da mesma empresa pelo serviço.
Se você quer um atendimento de qualidade não vai encontrar aqui. Totalmente irresponsáveis, sem compromisso. Fiquei sem resolver meu problema. Sou arquiteta e não indico mais pra ninguém um serviço assim. Fuja daqui enquanto pode.
Terrible attendance. No after sales support. We made furniture there. After the warranty is over, they don't even want to know. I wanted to move a piece of furniture and got in touch, since they built it, paying, of course. The guy from the store gave me the contact of the editor who marked me twice and did not go. Didn't call. It disappeared. We have tried numerous times to score with them, but they don't want to compromise. Lousy after sales.
I also have cabinets from another company (Todeschini) that is also out of warranty, but every time I need something they come to do the maintenance, paying, of course. But at least you are calm to maintain the quality of the same company for the service.
If you want quality service you won't find it here. Totally irresponsible, without compromise. I did not solve my problem. I am an architect and I do not recommend a service like this to anyone else. Escape from here while you can.
