★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa horrível, que tem total descaso com clientes, comprei um berço pelo mercado livre e a entrega ficou na responsabilidade da "bento brasil" onde a entrega estava para ajuruteua, e o entregador cujo nome no wts está xerife, me informou que estava em Bragança e que não viria até mim pois estavam "enrolados" lá, e que era pra mim buscar minha encomenda em Bragança (40kg de ajuruteua)
Lhe disse que não iria pois a entrega estava pra ajuruteua e o mesmo com bastante arrogância me informou que o berço voltaria pra Belém e que só viria semana que vem, isso já tem uns 20 dias, meu filho nasceu a 17 dias atrás e está dormindo na cama, sem os cuidados necessários por conta da incrível "bento brasil"
Bom, oque tenho a relatar é que minha experiência está sendo muito ruim e frustrada com essa empresa! Horrível atendimento...
Horrible company, which has total disregard for customers, I bought a crib on the open market and the delivery was under the responsibility of "bento brasil" where the delivery was for ajuruteua, and the deliveryman whose name at wts is sheriff informed me that he was in Bragança and that he wouldn't come to me because they were "curled up" there, and that I was supposed to pick up my order in Bragança (40kg of ajuruteua)
I told him I wouldn't go because the delivery was on the line and he arrogantly informed me that the crib would return to Bethlehem and that it would only come next week, this is already about 20 days ago, my son was born 17 days ago and is sleeping in bed, without the necessary care due to the incredible "bento brasil"
Well, what I have to report is that my experience has been very bad and frustrated with this company! Horrible service...
