Mas creio que falta mais o olho do dono na operação do dia a dia. Estive lá dia 23 jan 2022 para almoçar. Pedimos o Bacalhau a Beppo e tomamos um vinho. Bacalhau ótimo, no ponto e super gostoso.
Porém sentimos que embora tivesse bastante Bacalhau faltava um pouco mais de batatas, tomates e cebolas que são o acompanhamento do prato.
Pedimos se podiam mandar um pouquinho mais desses acompanhamentos.
O maitre disse que sim mas que seria cobrado como pedido extra e custaria R$ 27,00 .
Não concordei e deixei por isso.
Penso que nem tudo é dinheiro, e agradar pequenas coisas que o cliente deseja faz com que o elo emocional dele com a casa seja mais forte afinal quem paga R$ 580,00 na conta merece um serviço melhor. Achei a postura mesquinha e pobre.
Mas é um bom restaurante, sim.
It's a good restaurant.
But I believe that the owner's eye is lacking in the day-to-day operation. I was there on January 23, 2022 for lunch. We ordered the Bacalhau a Beppo and had a wine. Great cod, on point and super tasty.
However, we felt that although there was a lot of Cod, it lacked a little more potatoes, tomatoes and onions that accompany the dish.
We asked if they could send a little more of these side dishes.
The maitre d' said yes but that it would be charged as an extra order and would cost R$ 27.00.
I didn't agree and left it at that.
I think it's not all about money, and pleasing little things that the customer wants makes their emotional bond with the house stronger, after all, whoever pays R$ 580.00 on the bill deserves better service. I found the posture petty and poor.
But it is a good restaurant, yes.
